Prerna is a Registered Dietitian. She has a master’s degree in Food and Nutrition and a diploma in Sports Nutrition from International Olympic Committee.
To practice as a registered professional in Canada, she has completed a 1-year certificate program in Internationally Educated Professionals in Nutrition from Ryerson University and has completed a 1-year post-certification practical training.
Prerna provides support for food and nutrition related prevention, management or delaying the risk of lifestyle related chronic conditions.
She has worked with people with Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Weight Management, Digestive Health, Women’s health, etcetera over her 10 years in the field of Dietetics. Prerna believes in empowering people by providing most up-to date scientific evidence and nutrition education to help people make their decisions about food, nutrition, and health goals. She provides practical strategies to support behavior change for a sustainable approach towards people’s health and nutritional goals.
